Ponta Delgada
First-floor room with two windows and island views.
Chegou aos Açores no ano de 1962 e fez serviço regular de cabotagem entre as ilhas até ao ano de 1984. Its route began on Mondays in Ponta Delgada, returning there on Fridays after calling at all the other islands of the archipelago.
During the summer season, it travelled at full capacity, bridging the connections between the islands with airports and those where planes did not land.
It was nicknamed “Funchalinho” in comparison to the much larger Funchal ship, which entered service at the same time.
